Entries to the Congress can be made in one of two ways, whichever you find more convenient.  
  • A form in MS Word (6Kb zipped) is available by downloading from here.   If required,  unzipping software can be downloaded free (evaluation version) from Winzip.
  • Or you can simply complete the form on this page and then mail it to the organisers by clicking the button provided

Please note that if you take the online option we must ask that entry fees be paid on arrival (in CASH, please).
